From the response time to my email request, right to the finished product, Scotties is very professional. Had Brad in today to clean my stairs and he was on time, courteous, and honest. Told me my carpets were pretty worn and didn’t need the scotch guard, but I went with it anyway since we have a dog. I appreciated the honest feedback and Brad trying to save us money. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.
